We do not offer refunds so please ensure you measure your pet correctly.  Take a flexible string or measuring tape and measure around your pet's neck in the area where you want the collar to sit.  If you use string, once you have it around your pet's neck and have put your fingers where you want the size to end, take the string and measure from the end to where your fingers are.  Make sure to allow two fingers to sit comfortably under the measuring tape and/or string.  These collars are not meant to be too tight.
